Back during E3 I was given the oppertunity to check out the newest Ys games, and I couldn't really put in words how excited I was that XSEED was releasing the newer titles. Check out the Preview here.

For Fans of the Y's Series the next game in the series is just around the corner, XSEED working with Nihon Falcom have signed a 3 game deal for the Y's series (Ys SEVEN, Ys: The Oath in Felghana, and Ys I & II Chronicles) which will be released in more a back words order with Seven coming out first on August 17th, in both a regular edition UMD and Limited Edition Set, but at the same time available on the PlayStation Network.

For fans familiar with the Ys titles, your in for a whole new type of gameplay that has Adol Christian team up with a cast of 8 different characters, in teams of 3 each with their own ability and skills following the original Ys style of gameplay.

The standard game and PSN download title will retail for $29,99, and the Limited edition bundle will retail for $49.99 and will contain a soundtrack CD, a 60-page art book and a 12.5" x 34" cloth map highlighting the expansive world of the Ys series.
