A trio of leaked photos, which are from SuperHeroHype, from the Cleveland set for The Avengers. What comes to mind when I see these pictures is… What is it? From the photos and a source, the gold and wrecked looking object was made to look dirty. From the intricate designs on the "Pod" it looks like it's from Asgard (the world Thor is from)?

Then again I could just be wrong. We probably wont find out until the release of the much anticipated film in May 4th, 2012. It stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Tom Hiddleston, Stellan Skarsgard and Samuel L. Jackson. It is directed by Joss Whedon.
