USA Today has published the first stills from the upcoming film We Bought a Zoo along with a nice little feature on the film. This is the first Cameron Crowe directed film since his 2005's Elizabethtown.

The film is based on the memoirs of Benjimin Mee and it follows a couple, who decides to buy a run down zoo and subsequently restore it to it's former glory. It stars Matt Damon, Scarlett Johansson, Thomas Haden Church, Colin Ford, Angus MacFadyen and John Michael Higgin. In theaters Dec. 23rd, 2011.
